To welcome in the New Year, SDS are offering a new Tiered Support Plan, giving you, the customer, the ability to ensure that your support, training and documentation needs are taken care of. The following packages are available:

minimum contract period 12 months
ability to carry over unused time for maximum of 1 month
monthly updates on purchased time balance remaining
communication when 10% purchased support time remaining
