SAP HR and Payroll HRSP Update

What is it?

A new service provided by SDS at regular intervals, which will assist you greatly with the application of your SAP notes, updates and testing.

What does it provide?

• A weekly report covering all of the Payroll notes released by SAP. The document contains the note number, version, description of the note and symptom of the issue, the changes required and the details of the support package which contains the note.

• A monthly report containing key notes found in the HR Support Package released by SAP. This report contains the note number, version, symptom or issue that the note resolves, considerations or prerequisites that users should be aware of and the solution that is required to address the issue or bug identified by SAP.

In addition to the above, the monthly report will contain details of the Country Legal Changes (CLC) when applicable, and will also include additional notes and comments once the country-specific year end changes have been made available.
