is it? A SAP certifed
suite of predefined, simple to use reports which are designed for
the payroll office and finance staff. With enough flexibility to
produce almost any type of report from the system, there is no need
for any further customised report development
Pre Exit Pay Reports: A number of the Pre-Defined reports specifically focus on the area of checking that the pay calculation is correct.
 Audit Report: This report shows any Master Data modifications which have been keyed during a specified period of time (e.g. a pay period), enabling confirmation that the correct data has been entered.
Verification of Pay: The customizable audit reports have been specifically designed to quickly identify and anlalyse variations between pay periods.
Monthly Reporting: Easy Reporter can create virtually any report that could be required. For example,
Staff Headcount: Easy Reporter has a number of Headcount reports, which are extremely flexible and can be setup to show the headcount in different formats.
Staff Movement Reporting: Specific reports are provided to show hirings, terminations and movements between organisational units over a period of time. These reports will show this detail and group it as required by your company.
Staff Cost Reporting: The Staff Cost reports succinctly display the breakdown of costs reported by cost centre. Details such as Salary and Wages, Leave, Termination Payments and Deductions can be shown.
Leave Reporting: Reports have been designed to provide details of employees leave, and to target specific employees if required. The leave reports are very flexible and include options for each individual leave type, allowing the report to be customized to exact requirements.
Reconciliation Between Payroll and Finance: This Payroll to Finance Reconciliation report, which is built into Easy Reporter, can be customized to match any requirements, and can connect payments made in payroll through to finance GL accounts. It can also match tax paid and deductions through to Vendors. Any issues can be drilled down to individual employees showing what Payments were made in Payroll and where they were posted to in Finance.
Adhoc Reporting: The reports that can be created are designed around the adhoc need for payroll and finance reporting, and can be very quickly created and used.
Trend Analysis: These types of reports can now be created in minutes by simply selecting the data you require, the period of time you want to analyse this over and the frequency of the analysis periods.
