Easy Clone©

What is it? Easy Clone© is an easy to use tool, which sits within the customer's SAP system, and is designed to save the payroll or project team countless hours trying to replicate employee information in a test system.

What does it do? The tool copies back payroll and/or HR-related data for a single employee, or group of employees from the production system.

The data is ‘scrambled’ to prevent an employee's data being compromised. The process is simple and can take seconds to complete.

Easy Clone removes the need to perform a complete client copy of production for testing of simple changes, by enabling the payroll team to copy back only the data that is required to test the change made. This ensures that the data being used for testing is as relevant as possible.
